Answer: Of course you are able to transfer a translation directly into the document, you work on. To get more information please read the detailed guidance to this topic in the online help of your Language Alchemist.

Question: An application shows an error message or quits itself while translating. What can I do?
Answer: The contextual menu extension is implemented as a plug-in and it depends on the Apple specifications for this kind of plug-ins. If an application does not meet these specifications, it can happen that the contextual menu extension causes an error or an application just quits. This is not a Language Alchemist bug.

To use the affected application further on without problems, the Language Alchemist can be turned off specifically for an application. You can also disable the plug-in for all applications.

Question: What can I do, if I get varied translations for one word?
Answer: Some words can exist in other languages as well and have completely different meanings e.g. in German "die" is an article while in English it means "someone has come to death". If you have set your source language to "Automatic", the Language Alchemist shows you all meanings in every language it finds.

To get a unique result, please change the source language from "Automatic" to a concrete language, so that the Language Alchemist are able to pick only words from one dictionary.
